WY-20/WY-20BD inverted metallographic microscope adopts excellent infinite optical system and modular functional design concept, which can easily upgrade the system to realize polarized light observation, dark field observation and other functions. The compact and stable high-rigidity main body fully reflects the vibration-proof requirements of microscope operation. The ideal design that meets the requirements of ergonomics makes operation more convenient and comfortable, and the space is wider. It is suitable for microscopic observation of metallographic structure and surface morphology, and is an ideal instrument for metallurgy, mineralogy, and precision engineering research.

Overall Dimension

Observation system
Hinged binocular observation tube, 45° tilted, no need to lower the head or look straight for a long time during operation, so that the operator's neck and shoulders are effectively relieved. The flat-field wide-angle eyepiece field of view can reach Ф22mm, making visual observation wider and more comfortable, and can be adapted to rubber eye masks.
Mechanical stage
The mechanical movable stage has a built-in rotatable circular stage plate. The special-shaped observation window set in the plate is suitable for microscopic observation of samples of different specifications. When performing polarized light observation, the circular stage plate can be rotated to meet the requirements of polarized light microscopy.
Illumination system
The Koehler illumination method is adopted. The aperture diaphragm and the field diaphragm can be adjusted by dials, and the adjustment is smooth and comfortable. The optional polarizer can adjust the polarization angle 360 degrees to observe the microscopic image under different polarization states. The bright and dark field illuminator can be selected to quickly upgrade the product system function. 12V30W and 12V50W halogen lamp illumination are optional.
Dark field observation
Equipped with high-quality bright and dark field objective lenses and dark field lighting devices, the harmful light of the lighting system is effectively eliminated, and the imaging effect of the dark field is significantly improved.
